Complaint Procedure

McGaw & co has a complaints procedure, which applies to all instructions undertaken. In the event of a client being dissatisfied with the service, the complaints procedure is as follows:-The complaint is reviewed by Ian McGaw, who will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days. He will then conduct a full investigation and will review your complaint within 28 days. He will then contact you to inform you of the conclusion of this review.If you remain dissatisfied with any aspect of our handling of your complaint, you may choose to resolve this promptly through negotiation, or otherwise agree to enter into mediation with you by a mediator to be agreed between us. If we are unable to agree a nominated mediator you can refer the matter to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). If the complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, we can agree to the referral of your complaint to the CEDR 70 Fleet Street London EC4Y 1EU or any other nominated body by agreement between the respective parties.
